8 simple ways to pamper yourself

TAKE A NAP AND/OR GO TO BED EARLY.

GIVE YOURSELF A PEDICURE.

SOAK IN THE TUB OR TAKE A LONGER SHOWER.

EAT SOME CHOCOLATE-- AND DONT SHARE. (YEAH RIGHT! LOL)

GET A MASSAGE.

TREAT YOURSELF TO A NEW LOTION.

BUY A NICE SCENTED CANDLE OR TWO.

GIVE YOURSELF A HOME SPA TREATMENT.


TIPS:
The best time to do this is before you go to bed (after everyone is asleep).
You should pamper yourself atleast once a week.
Dont let yourself get too stressed, and over worked.. ask someone to help even if it is for 5 minutes.
